As I have the original ECU I will flash that one as well. But I believe it is something in the file because when I flash the ori file back into the ECU the red light does not light so the ECU is fine.
What should I check or investigate into the file? CHK is ok. I tried with all software I have and CHK is good.

ok, I was quite sure about CHK. No problem. The car does not goes into limp mode. It drives fine so I will take my time to investigate.
What is your opnion abouit my simple tuning. Would you make some fine tuning? Is there an estimate to have a rough calculation about the power I gained with this tuning?
I had a log record wth MES about fuel and timing.

Hi, Tizz...I am not sure about your suggestion.
You said "...your ORI file with MOD file...". How can I do this? Two files together?
Fact is that when I flash back the ORI file the warning does not light!
I tried with the original ORI from the ECU itself and the ORI file from another ECU same hw/sw and everything is ok.
I will do another test. I will make a new MOD file from the scratch as the one I am currently flashing is coming from a friend in the forum. Maybe some bit is confusing something an the ECU does not like it.
As soonm as I do it I will tell you guys.

Hi Deman, I am very new to mapping so any help would be greatly appreciated. I started from very low level and slowly getting into this world just for fun. Genadko helped me a lot, you are welcome to do the same.
Do you mean the car will "always" twitch or within a specific range?
Actually I noticed some twitching at low RPM first gear when starting other than this, the engine runs smooth.
What is your suggestion?...how to correct the duration?...go back to original values or ...?
