Hi,
voltage has to be treated seriously. If anyone doubts, find documentation about exact chip and needed voltage to read / write the data.

Now we try to solve your problem, but first answer some question that we can be sure where is the main problem.

1. Do you have any lights on board?
2. post ALL codes here - you can print it into the file

Post ALL data about the car and engine as well.

regards

Sorry..didnt realise you had to be in boot mode for edc17.
You know more than me on this.

Have you tried wiping all the errors with the vag obd...then retesting ?
Might get rid of most of them and give a clearer picture of whats happening.

I would be checking the wiring and the soldering for shorts though.
I know bench writing is the only option most times...scares me with all the soldering and stuff though.

What lights are you referring to on the board?
Error codes from the VAG??

The engine is a 2.0 TSI 155KW turbo petro 2012 modell
ECU no is 0261S04915 - software no is 1K097115AA
MED17.5 1039543007
14150893

This is all the details on the ecu itself and the car

Yes post ALL codes from VAG if you are able to connect to the ecu via diagnostic - does this work fine or no respond as well?,
about light i am referring to the board where your lights come on when you want to start the engine.
