c6bba rpm vs mg = duty% (mine are all 8192=100%)
c6dfe rpm vs mg = duty% (mine are all 8192=100%)

Doesnt matter anyway thee are lots of modified tables.
Some slight, some major.

Load% corroboration.
Just dropped the IQ in the load% tables to confirm they act as a limiter or range for engine torque.
I used 90% of OEM values fo rthese two tables and made no other changes.
IQ dropped to 90% of original or matched the IQ in the 100% load column.

Very interesting and usefull your inquiry.
thanks
I wold like to know the lambda map If limit IQ...I did not uderstand how It works...I'have seen 1700 value in lamda table
How convert to see AFR (1700 = 17:1 AFR?)...If I wont more rich diesel how to do?
What evidence do I see how it works?

If I dont wont to touch the rail pressure and injection timing If I wanted to increase IQ which table would you advise me?
On hds my IQ never exceeds 67,5 mg/str also if I increase T. INJ or reil pressure why?

THX a lot MR. Relic for all this hard work

Lambda = actual AFR / stoichiometric AFR

Stoichiometric AFR for Diesel is 14.6

So if you have 1700 in your Lambda table = 1.7 (factor 0.001) your are limited to an AFR of 1.7*14.6 = 24.8

If you want an AFR of 17, you should put 1165 in your lambda table.

Just because stoichimetric is normally stated as 14.6 does not mean the besch ecu thinks stoichimetric is 14.6 ;)
14.5 is often quoted as the used value.

Relic,
What do you think about the 8x25 map D1232?
D1232.JPG

It looks like another torque limiter. Rpm vs atm???

Think that map is disabled in the 107 version I have ?
I will look at 108.

You're right, in version 107, it is disabled all values are set to 32767.

So it is only used in DPF version. It might be a torque limiter in function of rpm and differential DPF pressure for example

Definititely a torque limiter.
??? vs rpm = nm

I was wondering if it was an extension to the atmospheric limiter previous.
But I am not 100% certain.

Cant be MAF as that would only give 100-200 mg/str
Cant be MFF as that would only give 10-20mg/str
So it must be pressure mbar.

1000-1200 is 'normal' torque

I've seen that map on remap made by professional tunershop and on sw.108 was switched off all values are set to 32767 :!:
That map on my car always gave me problems dpf clogging...maybe if you have the dpf still active is better not to change it!
