Dont think it will be dangerous and yes 99% certain they are EGR hysterisis.
EGR does switch on and off at about 40mg fuel and should be off no matter what at 3000rpm+ OEM.
This control EGR openloop/standby
EGR should drop to usual 5% as per full throttle.
You can get 40mg NA without any boost.

Havent done any mapping....new dmf/clutch.

WARNING: your map in that file is corrupt.
Bytes/maps are not where they are supposed to be.
If you have an untouched original I suggest you go back to it.

Values shoud be 65336 and 65436 [-100 and -200]

I found something wrong with the map and I corrected.
Now it should be ok. Can You check it out?
I put a log made ​​with HDS and modded map.
Now I let just this change (EGR off with hysteresis switch) or need also set all egr duty cycle tables to 15 and egr tables to 1500?

Can I add a blanking plate between the inlet manifold and the egr valve? :mrgreen:

I'll check the map area around the EGR later....thats where I noticed the corruption.

Dont need to touch EGR Duty or EGR maps (EGR is disabled anyway...hysterisis = the IQ / pedal% switch..40mg+ OFF 38mg- ON).
ECU does an EGR function test on startup.
If you plug the EGR you will get a CEL.
So I was told anyway.
Dont know how to disable the error codes yet.

Anyway can you update your XDF with the other histeresis map :thumbup:
Now that I have more oxigen to burn I would like to adapt a bit 'of diesel mg./str
How to calculate? Which map can 'give me more fuel to adapt the EGR setting? :geek:

CEL = CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

The other hysterisis map ? you mean the one which we dont know the function for ? or the EGR hysterisis.

Engine load% map has to be increased (mg/str) and main 25x1 TL has to match it (NM x6 = mg)
All other Torque Limiters have to be raised if they are lower and should be at least +6nm (1mg) above main TL.

Lambda map will probably limit fueling 1st.


[Yes you have fixed the 25 axes length values that were missing in the map.
WHY HAVE YOU SET THE HYSTERISIS VALUES AT 0 ??????]
