What would be the 2021 best Hardware for tuning

I just heard of hardwares like kess v2, ktag, bdm100, galletto, mpps, etc...

What hardware do you recommend that is windows 10 compatible and supports almost all cars

Is this much better than Alientech Kess V2 and Ktag? I'm going to renew within a few months... I may buy another tool?

not much better than alientech, i also have alientech but all other devices have obd+boot/bench protocols in one device, alientech makes you buy 2 devices...
