It has been while since this problem, but I report solution if someone has similar problem.

I had trouble finding correct files, but finally solution was to get correct original full bdm read flash+micro+eeprom and take immo off and write it to bricked ecu with bdm100 (cmdflasher)

So if you make full bdm backup before you start doing anythink is adviced :)
