EEPROM 5P08C3

Can someone confirm, that this is correct read?
I used Neoprogrammer 2.1.0.19 and CH341 read it as previously mentioned, but file seems odd.
It is bmw e39 eeprom. I had preoviosly downloaded some random 330d eeprom dump(from other site), and after about half of read 330 has lots of more information.

From 3C0 line there are some information, that may confirm that it is still good read. But just 250 till the end 330 file has lots of data to, when my read has mostly FF

CH341 is ok with Latest NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.6

unfortunatelly 2.2.0.10 and 2.2.0.8 does not work for me.

When starting either programs it says. Unable to grate temp file.
Same, when starting as admin..

2.1.0.19 does not have any problem.

I am still useing win7...I know, I know.

I looked trought all files and folders. antivirus had'nt deleted anything.

OT.
I want it to, but when you have tons of really specific programs, that are pita to set up at the first place, you propably would stick to current OS to :D

I upgraded without issue, software for me runs quicker and less errors.
