BMW E39 No Communication after writing

this happened because BOOT read and OBD2 read are not the same !! you wrote obd file on boot ...

try all 3 files from .rar i posted , if any of those restore comunication with ecu

Only one was possible to write other two have checksum failure

No communication anyway

Why did you place at ecus if you dont know what you are doing?!
I think you again write via flash, obd...

You need good bootmode read and write it in bootmode.
After, if ecu corrospondent update with WinKfP so you can change VIN.
After need new sync with ews... for this need ews and ecu, get paired and sync with inpa.

Hey,
im doing it in my freetime only for fun. I like it to learn new things and sometimes you make things wrong.

Yeah like i said the only way to write on ecu is from KTAG . No Chance from OBD with KESS

Anyone an other idea?

Crazy how things can be messed up when you do not know what you doing :) Golden rule - before flashing make full backup, flash, eprom reads same method as you will use for flashing.
