For cloning you need eeprom + flash, and really I would not trust in Ktag read. Wait Galletto or get any KKL FTDI and do trick to use it with Galletto 1080<->1260.

If galletto wont work, i need find immo off file?

If Galletto can not restore your good flash in bootmode then 3 options:
1. Desolder flash, check and write (or buy other flash and write)
2. Read your eeprom in bootmode or soic8 or desoldering and copy it + flash to new ecu
3. Immo off in new ecu

I’m engineer but never solderin flash, i thing i need help.. but eeprom (5p08) might be easyer to solder new used ecu? If i can change it to same number ecu, would it work? No need flash anything if same ecu number?

Yes with same new ecu hw/sw code you can move eeprom from old to new + write your flash or keep new ecu flash.

Galletto 1260 can not do eeprom, but you can r/w in bootmode with ME7 eeprom programmer (ME7Gui) + Galletto cable.

I think eeprom is 5p08c3, hope galletto works unbrick flash memory boot mode(pin to ground, then power 5 sec?, and relase ground) becouse i’m bad solder..
