Hello everybody, especially @ecuedit.
I tried my best, looked at all forums i can, looked at many bins of other cars, tried to find pattern..but i just cant find EGR switch byte :(
Can anyone help me? This engine version is not that popular and very little info. I also have DAMOS of EDC16C39 - doesnt help at all.
Tried other software that automatically looks for switch - it changes too much so i dont trust it.

Also can anyone confirm if my understanding of EGR switch byte is correct - if i disconnect EGR cable, then ecu will stop using EGR and it wont open (so it will be almost like blanked). WHat will happen if cable is not disconnected?
On my car EGR is integral part of manifold so it's very hard to blank physically.

Update: Looked at Jone's address and found similar pattern in mine and found that my switch address could be at 1C66C8 I'm correct? Is Jone correct? :) Because if he's not -then im not too.

Hardware: 281015589

Can anyone confirm or deny the location of egr switch in this file?
I have location 1C42C3
If this is not the switch, how can I find dtc in this file, as I have found dtc error code block at 1C6DEE (could be slightly different) but the error path block is very hard to determine the start. Anyone have any clues or know which location this starts in the file? I figure somewhere around 1C7750
Egr hyst 1C4CFE & 1C4D6E?

I post the ori here

Can anyone tell me where the switch is for a vauxhall 1.9cdti 16v (2006) z19dth please? I've tried in almost all of the locations already mentioned and none have said 2 or 02 - they've all said 00 except one that was 19 and one that was 10

File below, if I've zipped it correctly

Thankyou, 1C4258 is 01 1C4259 is 02 though, is that the one you meant?

And, if I understand correctly, I just change that to 00 and the egr's off altogether, no need to unplug the valve itself or change any of the other maps?
