I'm looking in this file for EGR switch, where Can i Find it?

there is 8bit switch at 1CAC4E in your file (there is number 2 - put it to 0),
with this switch you need to disconnect EGR plug connector no need to touch any other maps...
this is only method for full egr disconnection without touching any hysteresis or error codes...

Hello ecuedit!
Could you help me find the same switch for KIA Sportage 2.0 CRDI Bosch EDC16C39?
I have P0489 EGR circuit low code which causes limp mode.
I would really appreciate any help!

Add file it might help to check and turn off it.

Alfa 147 1,9 jtdm 16V 150CV. EDC16c39 - do You think there should be one switch map for EGR? I have read the entire thread, but unfortunately the only map in common with my batch is 1C4ECA. Should I locate egr histeresis or there is some switch? Not much to find on edc16c39 from Alfa 147 on the web.

I have found the recognized maps file. Page one fit with the map sentences with my software (377778). File need to be checked.
EDC16C39_AR147_298_778_Recognized_Maps (2).pdf

And there is my from my alfa 147 ecu (Ecu nr. 55204756, soft. ver 377778)
1037377778.Bin

I have location 1C42C3
If this is not the switch, how can I find dtc in this file, as I have found dtc error code block at 1C6DEE (could be slightly different) but the error path block is very hard to determine the start. Anyone have any clues or know which location this starts in the file? I figure somewhere around 1C7750
Egr hyst 1C4CFE & 1C4D6E?

I post the ori here

Yes, is old thread, but if someone need: DTC error block start (4X234, 16 bit) at 1C6E2E and DTC switch (1X234, 8 bit) at 1C7755. EGR Hyst are right + put to zero 14 cells forward at 1C4D22 and 1C4D88.

I didn't see that, well, if anyone need it for JTD C8/C39 yes, there are EGR switchs easy to disable it without changing other maps if you keep EGR connected, to disconnect and uninstall from car you need to do more work or DTC-off. Example around $1C4D20 there are switchs.

Hi all, does anyone have the confirmed EGRCD_numDia_C (or equivalent EGR diagnostic switch) address for Fiat Grande Punto 1.9 Multijet 130HP, EDC16C39, SW 1037379390, calibration suffix F44JTDB2 (project C456)?

Comparing an original file against a Stage1+ FAP/EGR-off remap on this exact SW, I see the EGR request curve zeroed around 0x1E47EC-0x1E486C, plus what looks like a diagnostic enable flag flipping from 01 to 00 at 0x1E4633. Trying to confirm if that lines up with this switch or is a separate parameter.

Thanks in advance!
