OK... well i ordered another galletto and it arrived today...
plugged it in... and..... the same gthing happened again!
so... i bit the bullet and reformatted my hard drive, put a partition in place and installed XP twice.
ive labeled both installations so i know which is which and ive installed galletto on one partition and diagbox on the other.
AND everything seems to be working OK :)

could someone please check over my files again please...
i took a new reading since i cleared all the faults and switched off the FAP. and then used ECUsafe to do the DPF removal...

IF all is fine... maybe someone could point me in the direction of a nice little Remap..?? :P

oH... and i was wondering about the boost spikes, maybe, if someone has got a few mins... they could show me how to prevent these...
