It's not a simple thing you want, it takes years to learn how to remap properly.
And the tools to get your firmware is not cheap.

In your understanding, the world of tuning and tuning exists only for vags??? I work mainly on Japanese and jdm is often a 16 bit brain using openport and ecuedit.... There are no can tires and everything else on jdm.... I also work with wags, I decided to ask who uses what. .. my opinion for vags is better flex or autotuner which also offer update sw option like odis vcp
