Hello i have a 1.9tdi avf engine. i have fmic and gtb2060vklr an 4bar map sensor, and straight pipe exhaust.
can any body help me too make a base tune and make the 4bar map sensor to work.

I have experience, I would definitely stick to pressure around 2.2b. my experience is that serial injections manage it with later onset. Firad80 is definitely a better choice and you've been driving since 2000 :) Of course, AL nozle will spin it up with smoke from below.

U have a good turbo for doing power without smoke and save for that turbocharger even you will have some boost piks from low rpm. Stock injectors in PD130/150/160 if they in very good condiotion of course can make 230-240HP / 460Nm(in line with out pik) to 4200rpm. All information about how to do property tune file you will find here at forum. Do your own tune and if u got some problems after that, ask, w'ill help u then.
