Stock VW 1.9 TDI 105hp remap

Hi,
Recently I starded researching about remaping engines and the device that got my eye is the Kess V2 v2.15.
Are ECM Titanium and TOAD reliable programs for use and what changes should I make to increase the bhp and torque with around 30%? (The car has no mods installed.) Thanks in advance.

There are alot of guides here on forum, search for edc16 tutorial (that is your ecu)
