Have you actually logged that you are getting desired iq for 95hp?

This is EDC16 ECU that base torque is limited in NM.

For this ECU main torque limiter is IQ in mm3 and not torque in NM.

Right map name is" FlMng_qLimN_CUR"
"Curve for average engine speed dependent injection mass limitation", units mm^3/cyc.

This is correct.

And that is the main torque limiter for that ECU.
