immo off me7.5 help!

Hello everyone. I have an ecu me7.5 with reference 06a906032t to which I have to do immo but for more than I read I do not know how to do the immo off in these ecus.
I have read the immo dump with a programmer and it is the following.

Can you help me?

Up to know if have read the EEPROM from EDC15P.
It seams the ME7.5 dont send me the complete EEPROM Dump.

What software and hardware are you using for ME7.5.
Desoldering required or wire on the EEPROM (on board) or Via OBD?
