Hi there,
I have made a quick look at your file. I will take some more time to analyze tomorrow.
For now I have some major things:

You can set single value rail diagnostic limiter to 1500bar (dark area).

Last col in ID map is for cold start, you should leave it intacked.
Remove one not needed column, move others to the left and do the recalculation.

SVRPLs are OK.

I would not increase SOI so much

TL - why did you set it so high?

The whole thing is overfueled, you are injecting a lot of fuel but no air

Smoke map has to be done and recalculated

DW is OK

Rail pressure value is nice

Rail map can be done better

i did notice the other morning from cold start it took a little longer i will edit the ID map thanks for pointing this out :D

soi from memory i can inject 63mm3 smoke free with original soi values. i looked at the 110hp model same engine as mine
this runs 4 degree more advance than mine in high iq areas with timing 4 more degree it was 69mm3 before smoke starts

i try retarding start of pilot small amount and adding more pilot quantity i did not notice much difference in smoke or power.

i moved start of pilot and main soi equal amount advance and car feels more powerful.

the smoke map from memory again i thing max logged was 1040 i will check this and rescale

thanks for helping

hi there,

yes, you would have even more problems on winter.
and make a calculation for new columns.

About fuel, SOI and other things,I am pointing to you because of mechanical reasons.
I garantee that your head gasket will fail very soon.

Some PP2000 video clips would be fine to see how it runs.
