Mondeo 2004 2.0 TDCi - 186 HP, 408 Nm

Here's my first dyno graph.

N75 and PID maps have to be optimised (really didn't have time to work on that), the next one will be better.

The car has 130 HP, 330 Nm standard. FRP is unchanged, SOI maps are very approximate - still working on that. Max FRP is standard - 1600 bar.

Exhaust smoke was present although not really noticeable on the road. Right now, I am having my injectors cleaned (I experience misfire at hot idling and rough running when cold). I guess smoke will be reduced.

I guess there was clutch slip at 3000 rpm, or was it only N75 playing around..?

I am really unsatisfied with the result above 3000 rpm, so I'm continuing my work. The main problem is MAF at high rpm, I intend to install an induction kit, but I'm very limited by space because of coolant hoses for FBH where induction hose used to be. Decreasing MAF at high rpm also decreases IQ by smoke map, and that is clearly seen on the graph.

N75 and PID will also be optimised.

Exactly. It is still underboosted most of the rpm range, and I'm struggling to increase the MAF. I guess there will be no significant progress if I don't replace the turbocharger with a larger one. On the other hand, all components are still in very good condition (180k km on the clock), and I want to keep the hardware standard.
