Polo pd100 1.9 axr remap first version

Hi guys,

I recently started with modifying the ecu file for the first time. The Polo has a turbo upgrade to 1794VB.
The map sensor will be changed with a few weeks for a 3 bar sensor. At this moment the map sensor and injectors
are stock axr. The clutch is upgraded to sre.

I changed the following maps:
- EGR map
- Drivers wish
- Boost map
- Boost lim.
- Torque lim.
- Smoke map
- N75
- SVBL

Durations and SOI are untouched.

I hope around 160-170 hp with this setup. All comments are welcome :mrgreen:

hey mate.

i think your mod is all copy past for other file, this is not good way. smoke map afr 14,2 , you will see lot smoke. look one more time on your n75 map, i think this is mistake.

Thnx for the comments.

I made a mistake in the file by changing the values based on a targeted boost instead of the afr. I will make the changes based on afr around 17.5.

The n75 map I swapped it to an arl version. It seems for me more correct to use that one because of the turbo upgrade.
The only thing is, I didn't involve the boost map when making this change.
Maybe is it better to change the n75 by logging in Vagcom. What do you recommend about this file?

I made few improvements today on the file. All the changed maps are now changed by ratio's or graphs to be more linear (afr around 17).
The N75 is changed back to original map. I will figure that out with Vagcom.

the maps changed are:
- boost map
- boost lim
- smoke map
- drivers w
- torque map
- n75 (to original)

What are the opinions of you guys about this changes?

Hello :wave: , put it back on 60mg !
If you have GT1749VB you need to chance map of N75 to that turbocharger. Stock map it's not good if you wanna have it right.
Boost map need more attention ;)
