stanleybg wrote:Ktag. I bought the file , but on the file name is written OBD. I read and write the current files okey. But for the file i bought it says checksum error and won't start writing. I have the current file that i want to fix with oem one because its not okey for the FAP. FAP seems to be turned off wrong and the car is smoking very very high when cold with big white smoke. I fount the problem. They have sold me bin file ,not FLS. So i will write them.

This is the file that is currently original with DPF modifications. So this file i need restored to original. I need dpf to work so i can refresh it with diag tool to show 0% DPF load. Then i will remove DPF in it.

Friends! Faced a similar problem at SID807 for C4 1,6l. But the engine was smoking near idle in both cold and warm modes. It came out because of the gas plug in EGR. In my settings, I managed to force the throttle not to close, and there was almost no hot smoke. Further, the decrease in the amount of fuel and smoke did not become at all (reached 3 mg readings at idle). And yet there is smoke when starting and warming up. It seemed to me that I was able to turn off the catalyst diagnostics, and therefore I did not increase the air requirement in the "Basic map of the air flow setpoint according to engine speed and the torque for the temperature area ... in diagnostic catalyst mode". As a result, the smoke is cold.
Tuning the motor is a gamble and very addictive. Now I want to know what is EHR mode, FCLO mode, what T3 stands for in "Mass fuel setpoint calculation based on T3 specification provided by PSA."
