tanks for the dll file iam happy it worked

managed to get mine to work by using this link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/owlnext/files/misc/ to download the dll file, make sure to use the x86/32bit dll and place it in the mpps file location. put the loader and the application in compatibility mode windows xp SP3 and it should work a treat

Hello, I reinstalled my system and now I can't get MPPS to run anymore.
I copied the .DLL to the folder as described but the error message persists.
What else can I do?
