Helo and greeting!

I am been long time reading on this site and thanks for the many learnings I have found here! I have try to tune my Mercedes CDI and have found how to turn off the EGR flow, but if I unplug it there is still an error code. I have found several solutions that may work, but am afraid I have turned too many bits to "0" to make this work.

I have also no flaps now in manifold and welded holes shut on bottom. I must leave the motor in the plug and in the engine bay or I get a limp mode and no power. I tried one way delete them but got a weird buzzing sound from my HP pump quanity valve and it gave me light for rail pressure low or high. I saw another post with a solution for this, but I can not to figure out how to find same locations on my map.

I have attached my stock tune and file with EGR map turned to off and also with bits turned to 0 for that and hope that this may help other members here with this problem. Can someone please help me take swirl flap motor away from engine and not get limp mode? I would much appreciated and if I must I am able to pay for solution as I want to get motor from engine bay.

Hi, your file was bdm read? because often people test to do in obd file and dont work.
You can test this one. Disconnect the flaps.

Hi, file was read in obd-2. I write it a couple of times and have same issue originally. Thank you for this file can I write with obd-2 or do it require bdm? I will let you know result when tryed.

I try this tune and still have problem. Car open VNT turbo so it will not make boost until very high RPM. It will close VNT when flap motor is plug back in and have normal idle whistle sound.

You need BDM read mate.
