This is the tuned file of my MB E320 cdi

Classic 50EU over the net tuning.

Drivers Wish +5%
Torque To IQ +10%
SOI +9%
Injection Duration from +4% to +13% (no need to decalibrate this map)
Inverse Drivers Wish +8% (ending at 108% pedal position :D )
Rail Pressure + 6.3%

and a lot of other mistakes.

The tuner tried to turn off egr but egr is still active.

This is not good and safe.

There are only 2 products to make the universe work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40. Everything else is just stuff.

What would you guys do different?
Maybe someone can correct the file and turn EGR off?

I found this solution for Egr Off, maybe someone confirms that it is correct.

That would be great...
Today I took the EGR valve out to check it. It seems pretty clean... so maybe this works really

EGR OFF Hysteresis 1 - address C6428

EGR OFF Hysteresis 2 - address C648E

Complete EGR remove from the car can be done via single value switch and deleting egr error codes.
