What is this map that is limiting first and second gear fuel quantity.Next bigger gears car runs fine and is injecting maxmimum fuel. But
on first and second gear somethink is limiting the IQ.Is there more maps than IQ limiter , Torque limiter that is limiting IQ.On bigger gears 3,4,5 runs fine , no smoke , very fast.It is peugeot 406 2.2HDI combi 2002 year.

hi,
it would be fine if you would attach photos to the board, also to make 2d pictures and not 3d...
here it goes:

FAP/DPF Injection
Boost correction ATMO pressure vs IQ (boost)
Switches / configurations for hardware options
SOI - Pilot injection (degrees btdc)

1.Could You explain me why on the full throttle on the first and second gear fuel quantity is smaller then on the higher gears? I see it in logs of my C5 2.0 HDI. Mainly on the first gear. First gear torque limiter is original set to 100 mm3. Maybe it is not enough air on that gears?

I can confirm that on 2.0 110hp first gear IQ values seems to be lower than other gears. This is happen because original turbo hasn't enough time for spooling so orginal MAF values limits IQ. So modifying smoke map you can work it better.
Example, i was increase 18-24% for some areas and now it's feels much better. And no smoke yet.
