Did you use 16 bits and decimal values? The address is right and 00000 means off, 00001 means EGR on.

Wait a second, be careful :) This is only a list of maps needed for tuning,
that does not mean that your maps are on the same location.

You can help yourself with this:

i guess all these maps from pdf need to be changed if one want supercool remap.
what is minimum number of maps that need to be edited for *standard* chiptuning.

I can not answer that. It depends on car stock hardware.
Maximum can be calculated but minimum depends on what you want to achieve.

So do you have duplicate map areas on that ecu ?

I noticed you have stuff like boost 1 & boost 2 twice.
