Intake manifold flap off EDC16u31 Audi A4 B7 2.0TDI

Hi, maybe someone could help me turn off intake manifold flap EDC16u31 Audi A4 B7 2.0TDI? There is 19559 - Motor for intake manifold flap (V157) P3103 - 000 - Malfunction fault code. Probably motor will be stuck because I cleaned gears but not moving flap.
