FAP removal and temp sensor

Can I still get FAP temperature sensor reading after FAP removal? Generally, is the FAP temp sensor location good to be used as EGT sensor?

You haven't mentioned what make and model is the car but generally the answer is -NO
And this is why- all fap sensors send impulse to FAP ECU, where this impulse with algorithms became values. So the only place where you can ''see'' values are diagnostic tools.

The car is Citroen 2.2 HDI '02 with EDC15C2. So the temp value can't be read with OBD tools, e.g. Lexia after FAP removal?

If the FAP has been removed corectly- the answer is YES- you can't be able to read it, because the ECU of FAP is not working corectly any more.

HI.
807 2.2HDi
I programmatically deleted Fap and made holes in it, but sees Lexia additive injection computer and writes that there is no problem and the filter regenerated (as it should be?)
if the car is moving much better and gaining power good, I correctly removed FAP?

That ECU has one single switch for fap removal. You also need to make fap additive disabled
in BSI (in ecus present area - set it to absent)

Agree with ecu edit, but one addition- remove the FAP ECU connector.Under the dashboard above the pedals.

yes Ecusafe works for that binary but it turns off too much things.
Instead od 1 switch it turnes of 8 or 9 that are not related to fap.
