Ok, sorry for dumb question. Noread protection is probably related to openning maps. Where is located Tport? In ECU EEPROM? :?

Noread is just a sign to prevent opening in winols , tprot is manufacturers proteection against tuning ,it can be removed in boot mode manually but original tools remove this by obd

Must I edit EEPROM to remove Tprot? To remove Tprot you must change the string 01 3C 2B to 01 00 00! Where is the string 01 3C 2B located? In EEPROM or ECU MAPS?

It's in Hexdump with potential maps? I can't find 3C 2B string there :(

Is Tprot string located in Hexdump before maps area? I couldn't find this string. Could you check if my ECU has got Tprot? Not all series of 10375xxxxx affected with Tprot :(

I only have file which I read via OBD2 port using KESS V2. I didn't remove ECU from car and read it in bench mode :( Can it be of any use to you?
You do not have permissions to view the files yet. You have to be registered and you have to make at least 3 quality / unique posts.

Ok, for this purpose I must buy K TAG and read it. ECU is made in October 2008. I've found out that ECUs which are made before 2009 didn't have TPROT. What do you think? Will I brick my ECU if I try to write via KESS V2?
