EDC16C39 Alfa/Fiat/Lancia

All about how to remove FAP and DPF filters

EDC16C39 Alfa/Fiat/Lancia

Postby peri » Fri May 10, 2013 1:46 pm

Hi all,

I need to disable the DPF of a 1.9 JTDM 8v on an Alfa 159. I can do this by ECUSafe, but rather do it by switch off.

I found a Fiat Croma DAMOS, but I can not find the switch that disable DPF. Maybe I'm a bit clumsy, maybe not described well in that DAMOS.

I would appreciate if someone gives me a hint, I could find myself, and with your help, of course.

Thanks and regards

Hi

Please see attached damos, I am sure it is for a fiat chrome (use intel hex file and A2L file).
For me the switch is at 1DE0F6.
Once you have opened in winols and impmorted A2L file search in the text for "dpf and lambda"

hope it helps

Is not Ok in EDC16C39 Alfa Romeo... changing only this bits, system remains fully active.
