Your MOD file from the other tuner is actually other Software number for the same ECU. Your respected tuner did not bother to fix your file but he sent you other file with EGR & DPF OFF.

In the MOD file:
EGR OFF is OK but it can be made better.
DPF OFF is OK he made an overkill deleting everything.
Only mistake is P1434 - Open circuit additive pump motor error is still active in the software.

Heater throttle delete is NOT OK.
P2121 & P1152 - for air heater throttle position copy signal errors are still active in the software.
Your tuner made few mistakes when he tried do disable/delete the heater throttle.

Also the tuner did not delete the codes properly. He deleted the codes not the clases and timers that are needed to disable the code. Just deleting error codes will not disable the system.

You are losing your time with config, replacement part, adding and removing FAP from BSI and engine.

It is 100% mapping issue.

Thank you, I very much appreciate the reply. What I was trying to ascertain is if it was mapping vs issues with car and you have answered that. How do you think I should proceed about getting this resolved?

Call your tuner and ask him to fix the problem. If he is real PRO he will fix the problem in the software, but If he persist that it is problem with the car then you know that his professionalism is based on generic software for map corrections. In other words he is not a pro.
