But i have desoldered the immo chip, because some french forum said that it might block the flashing.

I have tried connecting in car and reading by obd socket, but mpps shows no information, if i try to read when key is off, it tells ecu not found. Galletto shows in car also just dots.

I ask about connections when you tried boot mode. Boot mode this is internal microprogram of MCU and independent from firmware in flash. Boot mode must to work anyway if MCU is proper powered and proper pin is grounded at power on. Pin you used right. Next question is - did the ecu was powered right when you attempted boot mode?

I have tried feeding power right after grounding the boot pin and different variations, like keeping the boot pin grounded for 20 seconds before feeding power.

I freely used Chinese EOBD 1260 and MPPS for Boot Mode EDC15.

Possible you powered not all needed pins.

I used to work with this engine ecu, the best and safest way is just to remove the 29F Eeprom, then read it with a programmer, like labtool. You may get bad dump with bad boot mode, and will be in a serious trouble. The fact of unsoldering and soldering doesn't really need the highest skill. Please, enjoy this method.
