Edc15c2 problem

Postby Marazx » Wed Apr 14, 2021 12:27 pm

Hello!

I have problem entering edc15c2 ecu in boot mode.
The problem is that i tried to write tuned software in there, but the french frie decided to go to economy mode and write got interrupted on about 50%.

Through OBD it does not give any info with MPPS v16 and Galletto 1260 shows only dots.

On bench MPPS shows still nothing, not in boot mode nor in normal mode. Galletto shows here only the dots in normal mode, in boot mode Galletto does not connect, gives error sk -9 or something like that.

I have the original eecu read on my computer, but the main problem is now, how to get it in..

I don't know what is wrong. I have tried keeping the boot pin in ground for 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds etc. Also same with 1kohm and 5.1kohm resistors, no change.

Starting with the boot pin in ground and grounding again when the mpps tells so, but no change.

Still no information or error.

You connect ecu to car wiring sockets? If not - possible yor powered not all needed pins.

I have tried connecting in car and reading by obd socket, but mpps shows no information, if i try to read when key is off, it tells ecu not found. Galletto shows in car also just dots.
