hi can anybody recommend a decent software for manually removing dpf structures....and not to expensive

you are talking about free editor !
or that things like Ecu Safe , Volta sensor , etc ?!
if you nedd free SW editor search for "fassi chip "
good to learn !

ECUSafe and Volta? hmm don't bother! They don't work 100%

I use the ECU SAFE 2 for remove DPF or EGR.

Ecusafe don't work on many cars and don't work well on many also. Ecusafe works good only on EDC15 PSA (dpf). The best dpf and egr off is manually.
