MS42 its easy to tune if you do some logging.
M52B20TU isnt best basis for tuning but with some hardware mods and good software you can get ~170ps.

i have one question. regarding this ms42 ecu
I'm not very familiar with it but if i make a full back up from one ms42 ecu from car 2.8i and write the whole file back to the another ecu with same engine 2.8i is that gonna kill the ecu, beacuse they will be with different HW SW ?or this wouldn't bother the simens ms42 ecu? Sorry for the dump question

If bootmode read, write. All fine. Some HW Versions dont like SW-Versions and shows DTC170 = soft bricked.

So it wouldn't have a problem ? for example the car have software which was tunned with number 0110C6 and i want to upload the virgin file for this car but the virgin file which i have from another car is with software 0110AD.

Tested and it doesen't work :D Now the jmgarage shows me no asnwer from ecu. Boot mote not activated or wire problems

it works :D i don't know how but after that, i left the ECU for 5 minutes and i try to connect it one more time with it and voala the ecu is okay now if someone has XDF file for 0110C6 it will be so nice :D
