BMW maps

Postby kokike28 » Tue Dec 24, 2019 5:04 pm

Hi everybody.
I've been dealing with chip tuning recently, VAG is doing pretty well, but now I want to get some help with BMW maps.
Since the BMW ecu maps do not match the vag maps, there would be someone who tells you what the map is for. For example. Driver wish, boost, boost limiter torque limiter.
The file was uploaded for learning purposes only.

Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Hi!
I'm going to use this thread to ask about the differences between hexdump i've read from the car and others that i've loaded from the net.
The car is bmw e46 320D model 2001 with 100kw so its the vp44 mode. HW is 0281001445 ja SW 7786887.

The problem or the question is why in the hexdumb that i've read from my ecu has "data" only at the end of the dumb, but all the other files that i've loaded from the net has "data" also at the beginning of the dumb? Is my read some partial read or is is corrupted somehow? I will load my file and some file from the same ecu so someone could check the situation! File is readed with Kess 2.47.

Also winols doesn't find any checksums for edc15?

Thanks already!
