You missed 3BD1C torque 2.
Smoke limiter can stay at 950 mg air, its enough air for that fuel, but make running tests for MAF readings to be sure that are going above 900 mg air..mine didnt pass above 850, well limited power.
For turbo pressure you can increase pressure by 7 8%
Dont increase pressure limiters under 800 atmosferic pressure.
Its a pretty good map, maybe you can touch ~155 hp with this, no more

You dont have to decrease IQ in smoke limiter for low air area , fuel will be injected depending by your pedal position, decrease it if you really want a slower drive in driver wish map.
Weird increase for maximum turbo limiter, increase all values by 7 8% between 750 and 1200 mg air and 1500 rpm to 4500
Extended IQ value for pressure can be 55, you dont pass too much above 60 mg, well that pressure for 55mg its fine
Did you blocked your EGR ?

OK, I changed like you said, but I don't know why change turbo limiter to that high values?
Actual turbo limiter has higher values than turbo maps, maybe something I don't know?
I have a functional EGR, recently cleaned it.
I decreased the lower values in smoke map to lean a little the AFR to increase fuel economy, but you say it's bad, right?

In that zone mixture its already too lean, dont make it leaner that this. BMW already tried to make it much leaner is possible to get a low nox level and better fuel consumption in that area. With a too lean mixture EGT will increase its like cylinders will work on dry medium. Between 800 and 1500 mgair and ~1500 to 4000 rpm turbo efficieny must be the best. You must increase these limits to avoid turbo spikes, because 2250 mbar for example will not be always 2250, maybe will go up with 50-100 mbar.

Looks fine yep, for 150 155 hp, you can if you want after that to go with 65mm3 and 2.35 bar between 2000 and 4000, will be better and still safe.

OK. I'll flash the ECU and report back :)
And just one thing - maybe increase the limiter map from 860/980 to 1200 ambient pressure not from 800?
