You dony need to increase fuel quantity in DW request under 53%, you`ll have increased fuel consumption when you will dont need power.
Dude what the hell...what turbo do you have that you give 2800 mbar from 2100 original ? I hope you didnt run this file..or your turbo is already dead.
Also you didnt increase smoke limiter map.

Hello. Thank you for checking. It looks like i sent wrong file :oops:
I made little changes, because i don't want to break anything. I didn't touch turbo maps yet and with them smoke maps.
I read that the VNT-15 can sustain 1.25bar of boost. But I'm not sure. Maybe some advices?

Almost on all forums you cand find persons to rate tune for bmw 320d 136 because doesnt exist damos project on the internet..nothing very clear :) I have some detected maps thats why i could see some changes. Maybe by uploading ols project can tell you more about modifications.
I`m running with 2.3 bar for a long time, and no issues, but i dont push it hard all the time, i`m not doing racing with my car. This turbo can handle around 2.5 bar. When you start the car let turbo to get oil for 2-3 minutes, dont push it hard until temperature is above 75deg, before stop the car wait 1-2 on idle to let oil go down in bath. In this way you have no real worries about turbo.
You have to read more about tuning. IQ must be increased from 53%(a littlebit) and for 100 increase quantity to ~65 mm3.
Also smoke limiter map, make it a little bit lower than max IQ from Driver Wish, around 63 64 mm3 will be fine, and extend X asis from 900 to 925 or 950 to keep clean AFR.
Then increase Torque limiters, lower than smoke and DW , maybe 62 63 will be fine after 2000 rpm to 4000.
When you increase turbo boost, extend X asis for IQ, 50 will be 55 now, you dont need more pressure for the same quantity, dont increase pressure in middle area, AFR is lean enough. With these settings you can achieve ~160hp and maybe 320NM

I forgot to ask. What about N75 maps? And after raising the values over max, do I have to modify duration and SOI maps?

For a basic tuning you dont need to touch duration and SOI.
Maybe if you go above 65mm3 you have to increase duration, also extend X asis 50 will be 55 or 60 because you need longer duration for a bigger quantity..for the same quantity its already the correct duration.(until 50).
Start of injection, the same way, 50 will be 55 or 60, and increase ~1 degree. Start of injection also can be increased for combustion optimizations , fuel economy ,etc, not only for power. You can try to increase with 1.5 degree in EGR area where you see retarded/negative values.

You didnt touch second DW map. You didnt touch any turbo map. You can let 950 mg air for smoke limiter. You have to read more.
