No i dont agree...iq is limited by boost but boost is not limited by iq, it is limited by MAP setpoint which is determined by requested IQ by drivers wish

driver wish dont determitate iq almost in fiat-alfa edc16 ecus

It doesnt determine iq it requests iq which is then determined allowed by smoke map (or any other lowest limiter) but requested iq from DW is axis for boost map...boost cannot be limited by iq in diesel engines

drivers wish map on alfas edc 16 are in nm whole map,x axis pedal position and y axis revs,boost map on alfas edc16 are boost pressure whole map,iq x axis and revs on y axis,but this is not the theme of the post

Guys, thanks for answers.
Logged today some sensors.
Boost around 2300 mbar(total air), airmass around 1150 mg/stroke and 650 kg/f
I guess i have too high lambda(even is 16.5) in lambda maps, or little boost leak

I tried a shit. If i block vacuum of flaps i cant get over 2100 mbar, if i keep flaps on, boost goes up to 2400.
Blocking flaps i mean , just block the vacuum.

It is asking for nm which is translated to iq through nm to iq maps, and the x axis in boost map is iq translated from nm in drivers wish, its all documented in funktionsrahmen

Why less boost with flaps off? I just block vacuum of them, nothing else

No, no soft delete but no errors because is vacuumatic controller not electronic to have some errors.
At least stationary i logged maf and boost, no changes when i block or put ON the flaps.

Hi folks, have a question. Made my e65 730d 218 hp mafless(asmod). MAF unplugged, no errors. On idle it reads about 460 mg/stroke, in full load around 1100 - 1150 mg/stroke. 1.4 bar boost request and 70 - 75 mg fuel.
Even with 17 AFR lambda, having smoke and sometimes boost doesnt go over 1 bar. What to expect ? Boost leak ? Uncalibrated VE map for AS mod ?

how much boost pressure and iq you have with that 17 afr? For 70mg you need 2.4 bar, for 75mg 2.6bar to maintain afr 17
