Postby sensing » Sat Jul 18, 2015 12:14 pm

Hi guys

i got Peugeot 307 SE 1.6 HDI , 110HP

the main problem was : car had no power
anti poulltion fault on the screen
and the RPM dosn't go over 3000 RPM
the highst speed was 60 M/H

Ecu Model :BOSCH EDC16C34

but the car had alot of smoke comming out of the pipe for the exhaust
i still had the problem with the car

what i did

1. remapped the ecu with winsols fab remove file

2. by pp2000 disabled the fab and the attached pictures shows the configuration

result : car still in limp mode revs 3000 max and there are smoke when i push the acceleration while the car stationary

but there is two permanent fault can't be deleted and the car had a limit revs RPM 3000 Max

can anyone please help me with that faults and the current problem

what shall i do ? or from where shall i begin ? or there is any wrong i did with the configuration ?

any advice any help

thank you

hello,
just to note before i write help manuals :) first you need to introdouce yourself,
next you did not read any forum rules and you are linking your attachment out of the board...
so 1 post - help without any rules respecting...

to remove fap system on this ecu is not enough to switch of regeneration,
this ecu has more things depend on fap system. Also your egr is probably faulty.

you need to start over from original:

1. disable regeneration
2. disable aditive tank and message
3. disable all exhaust sensors and fuel cap sensor
4. disable egr
5. sometimes egr is close to the esp comunication so may get some esp errors and so on.

this file needs to be done manualy by expert. no software on market can solve you this problem only manual work.

now, when you see those 2 errors, click letter "i" at the bottom and show us the Pxxx codes that you have...and after that,
i suggest you change setup of the bsi back to stock as, all modifications will be done in binary.

hi

i got the file for the car and then remapped the car (

1. disable regeneration
2. disable aditive tank and message
3. disable all exhaust sensors and fuel cap sensor
4. disable egr
)
the car still as it's limp mode and smoke

the codes for pp2000
p1435
p2408

and then i change the bsi configuration back to normal

still the same

i have no idea what to do now , it might be mechanical problem or this problem with the DPF system caused that limp mode

thanks for your help

reset ash content in ecu then configure bsi for fuel additive absent and remove fuel aditive module beneath drives seat and finaly write dpf of file in engine ecu

What is the definite code change for DPF from 02 01 01
is it 02 00 00
00 00 01
02 00 01
or ??

hi there ,

can you please explain more what to do in steps

when i trying to reset the counter for the bsi , its says it happens 6 times before , you can't do that any more

if the fuel cap sensor is faulty does it cause limp mode as well ?

thank you
