winols offset

Hi I am trying to understand how to shift my maps around in winols.I will try to explain.I have found many maps and they kind of line up side by side they look the same but one is out by a couple of bytes.If I try to line 1 up using my ctrl and arrow key it shifts both of them can anyone tell me how to shift one so to line up.Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have not had tis proble and I have always got them lined up but can't with this one,any help much appreciated,

If ur comparing them together in the middle of the two projects just above the ofest should be a box where u have connect them un tick this it temp disconect them so u can shift move ect independ the re tick to keep that ofest while comparing i belive this is what ur tring to do for ur description
