WinOLS downloadable version?

Hi guys

Can someone please point me in the direction were I may find a downloadable (working version) of WinOLS?

Also, are the any user guides available?

Unfortunately, I cannot read PM on the forum as yet so I couldn't open it :(

I did manage to find a copy of WinOLS 2.24. I have had a chance to install it as yet to see if it works though.
