If you put the switch to 000 than you can completely remove your egr from system and blend the holes on exhaust and inlet, also unplug cable. If you do not remove it you have to unplug cables and also blend as i said.

since i am still on factory configuration i will first try modification without fap,cat and egr.believe it must add additional 10 bhp.

There's no need at all to remove the cat if you do not want to brake the 180-190 bhp barrier.

i have seen few blown turbos on hdi due to clogged cat,plus i can sell my cat for 120-250 euro,depend on model :D
i really dont see the point of having one on diesel

You will have change/recalculate N75 after removing Cat.
