Which cable for flashing ECU on a BMW e91 N47

Hi,

I have a BMW E91 320d 2012 with N47 engine and Bosch EDC17C50 / DDE ECU.

Which cable/setup do I need to read and flash this ECU?

Can it be done via OBD, Bench or Boot mode?
