where need to cancel cars blocking of tuning?

Hi, I want to write a new file to the car but I know that then I write a new file to mines car it wil be blocked(VW golf IV 1.9tdi, 66kw). What I need to do and how to delete this protection of car with willem? Also I have an MPPS it can help to me by this? or not?

VW golf IV 1.9tdi . Does not have a " blocking " :) car is too old for mpps . Only remowe ecu and read on the table.

There are some models of Golf 4 that can be flashed via OBD port. It all depends on the year of production of the car. Newer cars have option to be flashed.
