vw transporter t4 and t5

Postby monk » Thu Dec 24, 2015 3:06 pm

Hi all. New to the site.I am looking for some info to start remapping t4 and t5 transporters. Any advice regarding hardware interfaces and software that's suitable for mapping a number of the same vehicle without the need for multiple downloads or copies of the same map would be appreciated :D thanks for any advice given.

I'm sure that cracked software isn't allowed on this forum.

On EDC15P calculate checksum without problems. Its easy, all map what do you need to tune have described. Of course you need to know what map need mods :)

EDC15 is the easiest diesel ECU to get to grips with.

Start with EDC15 understand the maps and locations then move onto EDC16.

As said by 8ball Kess can struggle with some VAG EDC's you have to mess around with the pull up resistance's and slow the speed down.. i havent ever used MPPS but I find FG-Technology's Galletto is fairly reliable..
