Hi! Does anyone have the original ecu map file for a VW gti TIPTRONIC 1.8T 2004?
I'll appreciate any help.
Thanks!
Best,

That question is not accurate.
Please take a photo of the cover of your ecu and post the picture.

Almost every car has it's unique file...

Cheers

almost all me7.5 mk4 ecus are quite similar 2000 are 512kb chip narrowband and not interchangable, 2001 was the fist year wideband o2 (AWW engine code USDM) from 2002-2005 awp was the engine code... all use similar software that are interchangeable. 2001's are immo 2 so if you flash a later version software (example 032dl aww with 032hs awp) the car will start and shut down on immo... if you immo off the eeprom the car will run on that newer software... 2002-04 will flash interchangeably w/o any issue (bootmode when changing software versions) automatic ecus are a bit different and you can run into some issues (ecu soft coding) ecu tcu errors the later model mk4's had 5 speed auto trannys
hope this helps
