VAG ECU16 MODIFICATIONS 1.9 BXE & 2.0 BMP

Dear friends,

I am not tuner, I have just hobby to diagnose my cars, repair, make little adaptation etc. I use VCDS, and now I bought MPPS V13.02 Chip Tuning ECU Interface Chinease clone and I have questions for all of you.
1. Can I find good maps for 1.9TDI BXE engine here on forum? FREE or I need to BUY, how I can know which is best? I want cca 20% more power.
2. Can I use this clone to upload new map in ECU? Any suggestions?
3. I have 2.0 BMP engine, someone in past did something with DPF, so now it does not start regeneration and I notice welding on exhaust pipes. So, I need to check what was done. It seems on diagnostic that it does not counts from last regeneration. Please advice?
4. I have start problem with this engine. More on warm engine. It does not start smooth, it smokes after start up. VCDS shows last start conditions 18,7mg/st in warm conditions. Is this too high?

A lot of tunners contact me via private messages, offering "service" without protection. So dear friends, please advice me. I have read ecu from both cars. Please look at them. I want following:
1. BXE 1.9 TDI - Where I find good maps for 1.9TDI BXE engine? Is my OEM?
2. BMP 2.0 TDI - I have 2.0 BMP engine, someone in past did something with DPF, so now it does not start regeneration and I notice weldings on exhaust pipes. So, I need to check what was done. It seems on diagnostic that it does not counts from last regeneration.
Problems, what is done with DPF, start problems (NOT HOT START) a lot of smoke.

in the tuning industry there is no protection, how can someone else be liable if you want to do software on your car. by modifying any vehicle you are going to put stress on the engine and mechanical components. only you can be responsible for that. otherwise do not do it

What a thinking. Is tuner liable for his file?

Mate, how can a tuner be responsible for a car he hasn't even seen? You send him a file of a car he cannot even do a diagnostic, cannot take for a spin. A tuner can offer you a good, many times tested file, you can upload it to your car and after 50 kilometers it will spit the piston rods out of the block or melt the pitons because of a injector leakage. Let's take it seriously - you want a PRO tuning service - GO TO A PRO TUNING SHOP and leave them the car for a day! Want a free tuning service - YOU TAKE THE RESPONSIBILLITY for the damage that may occur after that.

So logically explainde.
