Tuning Tool for Passat 3b AFN 81kw

Hi I have an Passat 3b AFN from '99 and would like what is a good tuning tool for it. Is it even possible to tune it with obd or do i have to solder the eproms. I have found ambiguous information on the net. :(

Hi I have a experience with a Seat Toledo, year 99 and I've read by obd, the engine code is AHF.

Generally in AFN you must to desolder the eproms (MSA 15)

And for write files you need an external programmer and adapters.

I have allso the same engine code on Golf IV TDI, and I use MPPS cable to read/write bin file. I allso have Galletto V51 and it allso do the job.
