Tune file rate? :) Peugeot 406 2.0 HDI

Hi to all, could somebody check the tune file?
My friend have a Peugeot 406 2.0 HDI 136 HP. The car is tuned and DPF OFF, but the car has a black smoke after the DPF OFF. The tuned file is Ok?
